Christians convicted for killing Swami Laxmananda of Orissa

Christians convicted for killing Swami Laxmananda. Notice the behaviour of monotheists — they consider it their right to convert Hindus but are ready to Kill Hindus who convert one of their own. Both Muslims and Christians do the same and have a major problem when given a taste of their own medicine. Also, notice the name of the convicts — crypto-Christians with Hindu names.

BHUBANESWAR: A court in Odisha Monday held seven people guilty of the murder of Swami Laxmananda Saraswati and four of his aides in Kandhamal district of Odisha in 2008, a lawyer said Monday.

Special additional district session Judge R.K. Tose pronounced the verdict in his court at Phulbani, the headquarters of Kandhamal district, about 200 km from state capital Bhubaneswar, prosecution lawyer Bhagaban Mohanty told IANS.

The quantum of sentence would be pronounced Oct 3, he said.

Those convicted were Duryodhan Suna Majhi, Munda Bada Majhi, Sanatan Bada Majhi, Garnatha Chalanseth, Bijay Kumar Samseth, Bhaskar Suna Majhi and Budhadev Nayak.

The convicts were part of a mob of about 50 people who had attacked the swami and his aides, the lawyer said.

All of the convicts are Christians and they had committed the crime because according to them the swami was forcing Christians to convert to Hinduism, the lawyer said.

Two of the men were convicted under the Indian Arms Act, 1959, for possession of illegal guns, the lawyer said. “The judge convicted them purely on the basis of circumstantial evidence and the deposition of witnesses,” said lawyer Mohanty.

Saraswati and four of his aides were killed at his ashram at Jaleshpata in Kandhamal district Aug 23, 2008. The killing triggered communal violence in the state, in which at least 38 people were killed.

More than 25,000 Christians were forced to flee their homes after their houses were attacked by rampaging mobs, who held Christians responsible for the murders. Police, however, blamed the murders on the Maoists.

Police arrested seven people and filed a charge sheet against them in January 2009.

The crime branch subsequently arrested two more people, including Maoist leader Polari Rama Rao. It also filed a supplementary charge sheet in 2011 against them and five others, including Maoist leader Sabyasachi Panda, who are still absconding.

The court is scheduled to pronounce its judgment on the second charge sheet Tuesday.

The BJP welcomed the decision.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ashok Sahu said: “We welcome the court’s verdict. The investigation should continue till all the conspirators are nabbed.”

“A criminal has to be punished whichever religion he belongs to. The moment he commits a crime he loses his religion,” Orissa Minority Forum president Swarupananda Patra told IANS.

    If Christians and Muslims can’t live in India and respect Hinduism, then they should return to their motherlands.

      Hindus are from central Asia and let them return to base to encounter Kazaks and Mongols their long last cousins. Christians and Muslims came much later and they can leave also much later to the departure of Hindus. By the way, what does a sodomite supporter Duart Fart got to do with this??

        Do not write history in your own way.
        Do you know about “Saraswati Civilization”?
        You could find link.
        In that way, your concept would be cleared.

          Do you know why this country is called” Bharat “or “Bharatvarsha”?
          According to the scriptural description of the brahmand the entire earth planet is called Bharatvarsh, but particularly the area of the continent that lies south of the Himalayas is called Bharatvarsh.
          Bharata was a legendary emperor of India, and is referred to in Hindu and Jain theology.
          He was son of King Dushyanta of Hastinapura and Queen Śakuntalā and thus a descendant of the Lunar Dynasty of the Kshatriya Varna. Bharata had conquered all of Greater India, uniting it into a single political entity which was named after him as “Bhāratavarṣa”.
          According to ancient Indian epic legend of the Mahabharata as well as the numerous puranas and diverse Indian history, Bharat Empire included the whole territory of the Indian subcontinent, including parts of present day Pakistan, Afghanistan, China, Iran, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia,Turkmenistan, North-west Tibet, Nepal and Bangladesh.
          This represented as the ideal sample of great empires, which was dominated by harmony, wealth and prosperity.
          There are many references to “Bharata Chakravarti” in the sacred Jain texts.[citation needed] He conquered all of the earth and the worlds above and reached the top of “Meru” or “Sumeru” mountain (the center of the world and tallest mountain) and placed a flag. But upon reaching the top he saw numerous such flags of world conquerors before him. This made him feel very insignificant and he took the diksha and attained nirvana. His successor was is youngest son bhumanyu.
          Bhārat (along with India) is the official English name of Republic of India and Bhārata Gaṇarājyam is the official Sanskrit name of the country, while Bhārat Ganarājya is the official Hindi name.

          Persians used to call ‘Hindu’ for the Sindhu river, which was a localized version of the word Sindhu. When Muslims invaded Bharatvarsh from the west (which was the land of the Sindhu river) they started calling the inhabitants of Bharatvarsh ‘the Hindus.’ Accordingly, the country of the Hindus was called Hindustan by them which means:

          the place (sthan)
          of the Hindus (Hindu)
          For speaking convenience the colloquial form of the word ‘sthan’ became ‘stan’ and in this way the word Hindustan (Hindu + stan) came into being. The Greeks used to call ‘Indu’ for ‘Hindu,’ because there is no letter ‘h’ in the Greek alphabet.

          “Some foolish men declare that a creator made the world. The doctrine that the world was created is ill advised and should be rejected. If God created the world, where was he before the creation? If you say he was transcendent then and needed no support, where is he now? How could God have made this world without any raw material? If you say that he made this first, and then the world, you are faced with an endless regression.”
          “Actually God is very stuff out of which Universe is made of. and God is the creative energy ”
          “And creator and creation are the same.”

          • ravi

            @nitha,
            Well said.
            If God can exist without being created, why can’t this life itself exist without being created? If you accept that something is possible without being created, then what is the trouble? Then why think about a God who created the world? The East says God is not the creator, God is the creation. Nobody has created it, it is there. It has been so always, it will be so always – sometimes manifest, sometimes unmanifest; sometimes visible, sometimes invisible. It goes on moving in a periodical rhythm, in a circle. But existence itself is uncreated and it has no goal.

            About Hinduism & Eternal drama of evolution.
            From the mundane to the metaphysical, cycles feature prominently in Hindu teachings and practice. Human life and spiritual evolution, through birth and rebirth (samsara), is a cycle; karma, the universal of law cause and effect — another cycle; even ritual yogic breathing (pranayama) is a cycle. Hindu history too has cycled and recycled. Times of open inquiry have lead to ritualistic steadfastness. Ages of ritual perfection have devolved into periods of blind faith. Frustration from these periods has opened up to golden ages of introspection and inquiry. These have then been followed by somewhat rebellious eras of exuberant devotion and so on. The wheels keep on turning in the Hindu world regardless of the roads that she travels and any turns, bumps, or skids she encounters along the way.

        You people follow missionaries like brainwashed sheep — which is understandable since no thinking person can ever remain a monotheist. Tomorrow your missionaries will say Hindus are from Mars, and you will believe it. Since when have Xians become experts at reinventing pagan history?

      • nitha

        @Jeemon
        Almost all religion have at same point of time in their histories believed in REINCARNATION-including Christianity .
        Reference of REINCARNATION in the new Testament were deleted only in the fourth century when Christianity became in official religion of the Roman Empire.
        .
        It was sometime in the year AD 553 that the second Council of Constantinople declared REINCARNATION as hearsay.
        These decisions were intended to increase the power of the Church by making people believe in the Church by making people believe that their salvation depended solely on the church.

        This history was written by Christians in order to prove that Aryans are from central Asia but it has been proven now that Aryans did not come from anywhere, they belonged to Bhārata Gaṇarājyam(India).

  2. OM

    This is the crime committed by Christian terrorists with the mask of Mao on them, funded and mastermind by NGO like World Vision and Baptist church , a terrorist evangelical group of USA .

  3. karan

    They want to introduce a fake ideology called “Dravidian Chritianity “, to divide India into mutual hostile camps and to acquire the mineral rich area ,after subjugating land ,property and culture.
    They want to create condition like Rawanda ,
    where after 2.50 millions are died in ethnic wars between Hutu-Tutsi conflict and the whole country converted into Christianity.
    Several church figure and nuns had found guilty
    in this massacre.
    In India , Christianity is a colonial tool and missionaries are little more than Imperial agents.

  4. som

    After conversion of different faith a brother became enemy of his own brother.This is clearly understood in this perticular incident.

  5. Hariharan

    Christianisation is nothing but surrogates westernisation.

  6. Hariharan

    Apparently ,due to Maoist mask it looks like Communist war against Imperial power but actually it is the war against unity and integrity of India ,democracy, and liberty -the very air we are breathing ,to introduce a new era of slavery by Imperial powers of western world Including U .S .A.

  7. nikhil

    All communist movement of different European countries including Philippians
    has been hijacked by Evangelical movement of USA ,powered by Bush Doctrine(just war theory) and very decisively to acquire mineral rich area.

    CRUSH MAOIST RUTHLESSLY ,THEY ARE BEING SUPPORTED BY Americans.

    • som

      @nikhil
      Do not bother,the American hegemony is over.
      The near future is full of troubles but none are fatal. The US will lose its emission rights as a source of income. The US dollar will cease to serve as the world reserve currency though it will remain the North American currency. Other parts of the world will resort to their euro, yuan, rouble, bolivar, or dinar. The US military expenditure will have to be slashed to normal, and this elimination of overseas bases and weaponry will allow the US population to make the transition rather painlessly. Nobody wants to go after America; the world just got tired of them riding shotgun all over the place.
      The US will have to find new employment for so many bankers, jailers, soldiers, even politicians.

      Americans may listen to Senator Ron Paul who called to give up overseas bases and cut military expenditure.
      Norms of international law and sovereignty of all states should be observed.

  9. Harish

    But ,we cannot expect this thing from UPA government.

  10. Harish

    @duartmaclean
    When a Hindu converts in Christianity ,then only he would have to be loyal to his western masters I.e.Church,Christian NGOs who are funding for their vasted interest I.e.to acquire mineral rich area by complete subjugation of land,property and culture and finally break India into Mutual Hostile camps after introducing a new era of slavery.

    SCENARIO# 1 “CHRISTIAN EUROPE”

    FROM WHERE THIS WORD CAME FROM i.e. SECULARISM
    In case of Lutheran, Calvinist or Catholic – claimed to be the true Christian church i.e. the internal problem of Christian Europe; SHOULD NOT BE projected universally as SECULARISM .

    (DIFFERENT)SCENARIO# 2 “INDIA”

    IN THE NAME OF SO CALLED DIVINE REVELATION;
    THOUGH IT IS NOT GENERAL HUMAN PREDICAMENT PROSELYTISM SHOULD BE TREATED AS ILLEGITIMATE.SINCE ALL TRADITIONS ARE A PART OF HUMAN QUEST FOR TRUTH TO MAKE SOME COMMUNITY :
    The dynamic of proselytism by accepting the message in this SO CALLED divine revelation of Christianity and Islam who receive these revelations should try to convert others into accepting the message in this SO CALLED divine revelation,

    AS THE PROSELYTISM IS AN INTRINSIC VALUE OF THESE RELIGION ,THE RIGHT TO DO SO SHOULD BE TREATED AS ILLEGITIMATE AND NOT TO BE PROTECTED IN THE
    NAME OF SECULARISM,
    THOUGH IT IS NOT GENERAL HUMAN PREDICAMENT .

    @Jeemon
    Actually Abrahamic religions(Christianity & Islam)are terribly driven by ego.
    {Ego is master of Unconscious state of human mind. Ego lives upon “Time” (past, present, and future). It determines the time and relates with human emotions, weaknesses, beliefs, and thoughts}
    Abrahamic religions(Christianity & Islam) as per Ego:
    .Past is SIN (Shame).
    Present is NOTHING but a testing (all life difficulties are hateful same as an enemy).
    Future is FEAR of Judgement for Heaven or Hell.
