There could be more than one reason as to why he is allowed to hang around; I don’t know. But, I can tell you why he should be.
For a start, he is not inflicted with ‘Jaundice’, which helps him to see things as they are without putting his own colours.
Then he is well read and well travelled and thats more than you and me have done putting together.
But most importantly, in his writings he speaks more about love, harmony and peace than the hate.

Stop worshipping the white man. How many Indians are allowed to hang around in Europe and US to pose as analysts of those societies and given air time on prime TV channels? You lack nationalism that comes naturally to other races about their country.

I accept with due apologies to one and all, that I worship the white man. But I worship the white woman even more. Both dress smart, look smart, talk smart and appear civilised in public, I mean they don’t relieve themselves in public.

I also accept that I lack nationalism. I don’t need to go by the standard other races set for themselves. I don’t need to be a copycat, no need to ape others. I was a nationalist like as I think you are, but till I read Albert Einstein who famously said, “Nationalism is an infantile disease. It is the measles of mankind.”
But I am a patriot. I hope you know the difference.

        • Indian Realist

In short, you are a traitor to the race. BTW, you did not reply to the question I asked, as usual. I can recognize a troll when I see one.

Do you even read before you hit the keyboard? Plese read again. I said that I am a patriot. Do you think a ‘patriot’ is a traitor? By your standard even Einstein was a traitor. And so would be Samuel Johnson (1709-1784) who famously said, “Nationalism is the last resort of the scoundrel.”
Patriotism is when love of your own people comes first; nationalism, when hate for people other than your own comes first.
As for the answer to your question, I honestly don’t know. Since I have no access to US or European TV channels i am not in a position to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’. But in the secular and liberal culture of the west I belive that an Indian will not be barred from appearing on TV to vent his opinion on matters on which he has adequet knowledge and experience.

            • Indian Realist

You are a self-claimed patriot and I am a self-claimed superman. That settles it.

“Patriotism is when love of your own people comes first; nationalism, when hate for people other than your own comes first.”

              — this is the most unique and innovative definition of patriotism and nationalism I have seen so far.

Nationalism includes Patriotism, but not the otherway round.

You make me laugh when you talk of Einstein’s patriotism. Obviously you are either ignorant or do not want to accept the truth. He was born and brought up in Germany, migrated to US later, and was offered first Presidentship of Israel. Can you, please, explain his patriotsm?

To me he is not at all well read and what you call his research works are nothing but a mound of garbage though a lick-spittle of white people like you he is great scholar.

A police squad, acting on the orders of the Inquisitor, invades the home of a Jewish merchant, Momolo Mortara, wrenches his crying six-year-old son from his arms, and rushes him off in a carriage bound for Rome. His mother is so distraught that she collapses and has to be taken to a neighbor’s house, but her weeping can be heard across the city. With this terrifying scene–one that would haunt this family forever–David I. Kertzer begins his fascinating investigation of the dramatic kidnapping, and shows how this now obscure saga would eventually contribute to the collapse of the Church’s temporal power in Italy. As Edgardo’s parents desperately search for a way to get their son back, they learn why he–out of all their eight children–was taken. Years earlier, the family’s Catholic serving girl, fearful that the infant might die of an illness, had secretly baptized him (or so she claimed). Edgardo recovered, but when the story reached the Bologna Inquisitor, the result was his order for Edgardo to be seized and sent to a special monastery where Jews were converted into good Catholics. The Inquisitor’s justification for taking the child was based in Church teachings: No Christian child could be raised by Jewish parents. The case of Edgardo Mortara became an international cause célèbre. Although such kidnappings were not uncommon in Jewish communities across Europe, this time the political climate had changed. As news of the family’s plight spread to Britain, where the Rothschilds got involved, to France, where it mobilized Napoleon III, and even to America, public opinion turned against the Vatican. Refusing to return the child to his family, Pope Pius IX began to regard the boy as his own child. The fate of this one boy came to symbolize the entire revolutionary campaign of Mazzini and Garibaldi to end the dominance of the Catholic Church and establish a modern, secular Italian state. A riveting story which has been remarkably ignored by modern historians, The Kidnapping of Edgardo Mortara has been made into a play by Pulitzer and Oscar winning playwright, Alfred Uhry. It opened at Hartford Stage in 2002. A new version of the play will be performed at the Guthrie Theater, in Minneapolis, from Nov. 4 to Dec. 17, 2006.

A groundbreaking historical study based on documents previously locked in the Vatican’s secret archives: The Popes Against the Jews graphically shows how the Catholic Church campaign of demonization against the Jews helped make the Holocaust possible.

There are some academics in USA who write critically about Europe. Of course it is not Indians. The above references is a good start.

my dear friend…. I can bet that i am better read on the subject of india and indian history than this white man who I guess has read the falsified or twisted version of indian history. And history teaches mistakes are nt to be repeated. Also if u have taken lessons from history hate would always be there as long as humans are plagued by the disease called islam. Also neither albert einstien was a well read with history nor was he a great thinker or philosopher…. Probably he didnt see enslavement and rape of the towns and towns of entire woman folk. Sometimes death by means of gas chamber is better than other forms of torture. And it is foolish of u to consider an outsider a better judge of the country than the native itself.

This is a common feature for the so-called Indologists, including their Indian followers, to ignore the period from 1st century AD to 11th century for the Indian history. For them, Gupta, Harsh Bhardan, Rastrakut, Pala, Chola do not exist. They go straight from Chandragupta Maurya to the Khalji-Gauri-Sultanate and glorify the Muslim period.
Unfortunately Indian historians from Delhi, Aligarh, JNU follow them as well.

Stupid man.Absolute bull shit .Iam an Indian ,living in Britain with Pakistanis.Pakistani politicians are all corrupt.People are uneducated. They are fleeing Pakistan because of the problems there. After coming to Britain they don’t like it there.India no doubt has problems I agree. But our democratic system is much better.Because people are more educated. They know the difference between right and wrong.Nowadays there is outrage when there are any problems.Infra structure is also improving. There is slow but steady growth all round.I agree Pakistan has good roads.Having good roads does not imply that development is there.Development should be overall.Development should be in all areas education, employment, security. The standard of living of people should improve.

  6. Truth Will Prevail

Reading above posts, hatred for Jews happened everywhere except India. You know why? When Jews first landed in India, they were treated with respect. They even told the Hindu Kings they were fleeing persecution. We didn’t impose ourselves upon them and tried to convert them. Neither we imposed upon the Zoroastrians and tried to convert them when they fled the Islamic Arabian and Turkic invasions of their native lands. This only happened in Islamic Arabian middle east, and the confused Inquisitive States of Southern Europe and States controlled by Catholic Rome, and they called themselves religious. Any so called religion that forces itself upon another is not a religion. Past is past but lets make sure it will not repeat again. Many ancient cultures, their history, their people, their languages, their religions were erased or almost erased by these religious fanatics. The burning of the ancient universities of Taxila and Nalanda are good examples of Middle eastern religions barbarism. Catholic barbarism was introduced in South America and South East Asia. It tried to spread throughout India after enslaving some natives of Goa. These barbaric and disgusting acts were done in the name of their Gods, Allah and Jesus.

  7. Truth Will Prevail

D.Bose Indian history goes back to the Satya Yuga, the Age of Truth so many years before Chandragupta Maurya. Chandragupta lived during the Kali Yuga which is still going on. He kept the Yavana’s and external barbarians in check. During Satya Yuga there no was hatred or the need for war. Peace prevailed throught ancient India. Ancient Hindu ceremonies and worship of our Gods in various forms were done without fail because they are our history and historical Truth. Our Gods walked and lived among our ancestors. Children respected their parents, their Gurus etc. Theft, greed, selfishness, rape and murder was non-existent. When Kali Yuga showed up things changed for the worst but it will go back to Satya Yuga one day. Our Gods won’t let Earth stay in a worse state forever. Kali Yuga is a very long test for Hindus, and there will be peace after its end. It doesn’t matter what age it is, our Hindu Dharma must be upheld and respected in all ages. Even if we fail to respect it, Sanatan Dharma will remain Eternal. It was already there, it is here now and it will be there forever.
