Latest Report about NGO Funding in India

Did you see the latest Ministry of Home Affairs report published in November 2008 about the Receipt and Utilization of Foreign Contribution by Voluntary Associations. Read my earlier post about what is hapening in Sri Lanka and realise the significance of this Western money pouring into India. Some salient features from this report:

I. As on 31-03-2007, 33937 associations were registered and 522 were granted prior permission during the year 2006-07.

II. For the year 2006-07, 19011, associations reported receipt of foreign contribution (including those which received NIL amount) amounting to Rs. 12289.63 crores.

III. Among the States and Union Territories, Tamil Nadu (Rs.2,244.25 crores) reported the highest receipt of foreign contribution followed by Delhi (Rs 2,186.65 crores) and Andhra Pradesh (Rs 1,211.04 crores).

IV. Among the districts in different States, Chennai (Rs. 928.77 crores) reported the highest receipt of foreign contribution, followed by Mumbai (Rs. 891.26 crores) and Ranchi (Rs. 653.79 crores).

V. The list of donor countries is headed by the USA (Rs.2,971.29 crores) followed by Germany (Rs. 1648.75 crores) and the U.K. (Rs. 1425.43 crores).

VI. The list of foreign donors is topped by Misereor Postfech,Germany (Rs. 1243.52 crores) followed by World Vision International, USA (Rs. 469.20 crores) and Fundacion Vicente Ferrer, Spain (Rs. 399.45 crores).

VII. Among the associations which reported receipt of foreign contribution, Ranchi Jesuits, Ranchi, Jharkhand (Rs. 621.34 crores) received the highest amount of foreign contribution followed by Sonthome Trust of Kalyan, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Rs. 332.86 crores) and Sovereign Order of Malta, Delhi (Rs.300.79 crores).

VIII Among the purposes for which foreign contribution was utilised, the highest amount of foreign contribution was utilised for Establishment Expenses (Rs. 816.61 crores)), followed by Rural Development (Rs. 801.34 crores), Relief/Rehabilitation of victims of natural calamities (Rs. 509.57 crores), Construction and maintenance of schools/colleges (Rs. 468.85 crores), and Welfare of Children (Rs. 406.45 crores).

Every non-Muslim country in South Asia — India, Sri Lanka, Burma, Nepal, Bhutan — is under attack by the White Christians and their sinister church. They are pouring in money by the billions, setting up their agencies everywhere, purchasing media-men, infiltrating the government power-structure and running psyops of deciet and deception (“Hindu Taliban” in India and “Buddhist Taliban” in Sri Lanka).

They have already got a major success when they managed to bump off the Nepal royalty and got the country declared as “no longer a Hindu country.” The statement of the very-unspiritual-like Pope Ratzinger (who was a member of the Hitler Youth when he was young) that the third millennium should be dedicated to Christianisation of Asia was not an empty boast. The Whites have truly stepped on the gas.

Look at that annual increase (56%) (p.19 of the report) for the year 2006-07.

Shows how dangerous the internal security of the country is going to be!!

  2. Biren

World Vision’s (mentioned in the report ) chief Radhakant Nayak is the mind behind the murder of Swami Laxmananda Saraswati who was working on conversion of tribals by the christo-cretins.

Alll foriegn funding to India should be banned. If allowed, it should strictly be restricted to economic activity (production of goods and services) like in China.

All this nonsense of funding for environment, rural development, women empowerment, religion, child welfare, blah blah blah is nothing but sedition money that is being sent here. This money is used to finance insurgencies all over India, especially the Maoists.

  4. Rural Litigation & Entitlement Kendra – Dehradun
    Avdesh Kaushal – Chairperson
Daughter-in –law still goes by her maiden name (Ruchie Kukrety). She is Treasures cum Finance Manager. Gets paid for the same role in all projects. So one person is getting multiple salaries (can you imagine the amount of projects RLEK is running). She lives with her husband who is in the army and comes home once a year to collect all her pay checks.
Montu – Elder son thrown out of the navy due to mental problems. Holds a good position in RLEK. Same a number of salaries from different projects. His wife also gets a number of salaries and is mostly at home.
Check receipts and expenditure vouchers and then you know the TRUE COLOURS OF Padmshri Mr. Avdesh Kaushal
If needed I can provide finance evidence as I was once a senior accountant there.
